MANUAL BOOM SELECTOR VALVE All the selection features of the tried-and-true Select-A-Spray Valve PLUS positive on/off lever action (without resetting) are featured in this improved valve. The best parts of the Select-A-Spray Valve are combined with the manual boom control valve to give us Select-A-Spray PLUS. Now you can select any of eight spraying positions for a 3 section boom; then turn the valve off and on without resetting. An added 1/2" NPT(M) port (blind hole, drill if needed) is available to use with a sprayer accessory such as a handgun and a 1/4" NPT(M) gauge port is also featured. All ports are under pressure at all times. Flow rate is 15 gpm (56.8 L/min.). Made of glass-reinforced nylon. Easily serviced without removing assembly from the sprayer. Pull out retaining clip to service lever assembly. Service the main part of the valve by removing handle/end plate assembly from the body. Unscrew eight end plate screws to replace O-rings and gasket. (Handle roll pin should not be removed unless absolutely necessary because it is difficult to re-insert). Remove retaining clip (#18) and pull out valve assembly to replace cap O-ring (#20). Remove roll pin (#16) to replace shaft O-ring (#17) or plunger assembly (#22). Selecta-A-Spray body repair kit is #23716 kit and includes 3 outlet O-rings, 1 shaft O-ring and 1 end plate gasket, a lever O-ring and Cap O-ring. |
